BestRERALawyer began as a response to a simple problem: property disputes in India are common, but understanding the law behind them usually isn’t.

Our practice works directly with homebuyers, sellers, and property owners on the legal issues that come up before, during, and after a property transaction — from verifying a title before you sign, to representing a client in front of a RERA authority when a builder has failed to deliver. We don’t take on every case that comes to us. We take on the ones we can commit to properly, and we say so upfront when a matter falls outside what we handle well.
