BestRERALawyer began as a response to a simple problem: property disputes in India are common, but understanding the law behind them usually isn’t.
Our practice works directly with homebuyers, sellers, and property owners on the legal issues that come up before, during, and after a property transaction — from verifying a title before you sign, to representing a client in front of a RERA authority when a builder has failed to deliver. We don’t take on every case that comes to us. We take on the ones we can commit to properly, and we say so upfront when a matter falls outside what we handle well.

The practice is led by Mukesh Kumar Shah, whose focus has centred on property verification, documentation, and dispute resolution. Supporting him is a team organised around the distinct stages of a property matter — verification and documentation, registry and compliance, and RERA representation and litigation — so a client’s file is handled by whoever works in that specific area day to day, rather than passed along generically.
